We’ll meet you exactly where you are. First, we listen closely to your story—so together, we can create a practice that feels natural, meaningful, and doable.

What a session typically includes:

Check-in
We’ll begin by exploring how you’ve been feeling—what’s been on your mind, any recent challenges, or simply what’s present today. This helps ground the session and set an intention for our time together.

Clarifying Your “Why”
Next, we’ll get clear on what matters most to you—whether it’s feeling calmer, being more present with your kids, navigating stress more skillfully, or something else entirely. This gives your practice direction and purpose.

Guided Meditation
I’ll guide you through a meditation that fits where you are. This might be a simple breathing practice, a body scan, or another gentle technique. We’ll always choose something that feels accessible and supportive.

Reflection
After the meditation, we’ll talk about what came up for you—any thoughts, feelings, or body sensations—and explore how you can bring that awareness into your everyday life.

Practice Plan
We’ll create simple, realistic ways for you to continue practicing between sessions—so mindfulness becomes something you live, not just something you check off your list.

Together, we’ll explore practices that help you move through doubt, reconnect with your creative “why,” and create from a place of clarity, authenticity, and flow.

Mindfulness Practice
You’ll be guided through a practice that supports where you are—maybe a grounding breath meditation to settle the mind, a visualization to spark ideas, or a compassion practice to quiet the inner critic.

Creative Exploration + Reflection
This may look like a more “active” mindfulness practice like journaling, sketching, reflecting, or simply sitting in stillness with an idea. We’re creating a space to explore, listen, and reconnect with your creative intuition.

Next Steps + Accountability
We’ll set meaningful goals to keep you engaged between sessions, without overwhelm or pressure. We’ll explore supportive accountability practices that help you stay connected to your creativity and mindfulness, so the work continues to feel alive, inspired, and aligned with your intentions.
