We’ll begin with a conversation about your organization’s challenges, hopes, and vision. Then, I’ll design a tailored program that integrates mindfulness practices with practical workplace tools. Sessions can be held in-person or online, and range from a 90-minute session to a multi-day experience.

Programs can be designed for full teams, leadership groups, or smaller cohorts, depending on your goals.

Organizations can host recurring virtual meditation sessions (weekly, monthly, or at another cadence that fits your team), where folks can drop in, take a breath, and reconnect with the present moment.
